• Amending Section 6 of Article IV of the Constitution of Virginia (.pdf)

The first amendment would give us more protection from abuses of the eminent domain law. The second would give the General Assembly more discretion when it selects a starting date for the “veto” session. The “veto” session occurs when the General Assembly reconvenes after the regular session to reconsider bills returned to it by the Governor with vetoes or amendments.
