When we began this series of articles about transgenderism several weeks ago, little did we know how explosive the topic would become at a national level! Now the news is filled with the account of James Younger, a seven-year-old boy in Texas caught in a fight between his divorced parents.  His mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, who has primary custody of James, is raising the boy to be a girl. His dad, Jeffrey Younger, is fighting to allow his son to grow up as a normal male.

Just because a few years ago James said he liked a certain toy that pertains to girls, his mother decided he should be a girl. She gave him the name, Luna, one of the names of the moon goddess, Artemis, whose name means ‘moon.’ Artemis is from mythology, folks, and fits the scenario perfectly, which is all a myth—a myth, that is, to make James become a girl.

But Dr. Georgulas wants her son transformed and has worked in that direction. For instance, in a video of a discussion Younger had several years ago with his young son, James had a towel draped around his head to resemble long hair like a girl’s.  Obviously, it was the work of his mom. When Dr. G. enrolled James in school, she put his given name as “Luna,” which is what he is called at school with the proper accompanying pronouns “she” and “her.”

The worst shame of this whole picture is that James does not have ‘gender dysphoria!’ His mother does! She’s the one pushing for the transformation of her son into a female as much as is possible. James has been told by her that he’s a girl for so long he doesn’t know what to think. He’s like a lamb being led to the slaughter by his mother to satisfy her whims, not his.

This is where the transgender movement is taking us! It is moral insanity. How cruel to change the destiny of a little boy who didn’t make the decision for himself! His entire life will be changed if the courts let his mother have sole custody of him. Only lately did the judge give the parents joint custody, so that Younger may still be involved. However, the judge also put a gag order on Younger, so he is not permitted to make public the next steps he and his ex-wife take concerning James’ future.

When James spends time with his father, he dresses and acts like a typical boy. Younger does not want his son to take puberty-delaying drugs until he reaches eleven, when he could be started on female hormones to chemically castrate him and elicit secondary female characteristics like breast development and a higher pitched voice.

Thus far, Anne Georgulas has not determined that she will put James on female hormones or even delay puberty, but that is a real possibility Younger faces in a raging court battle over James’ future.

Many local parents and grandparents encountered lately seem to have little or no realization of how big an issue transgenderism is! Impelled by progressives, it is a huge movement intended to take over our nation’s schools to sexualize our kids—an entire generation would be transformed in their thinking about themselves and others, even if all kids do not take on the  physical and psychological adoption of ‘another’ gender themselves. Progressive ‘thinkers’ see it as a move toward inclusion and acceptance of all forms of gender and sexual identification. However, somewhere I recently read a statement that fits this and other related perversions coming down the pike:

“Equal rights, but not special rights!” In this case ALL kids should be treated equally: no bullying, no name-calling, no intentional exclusion based on their sexual identification. BUT, it also means that ALL kids conform to societal norms like being identified by their given name, conforming to school and job requirements and standards: boys use boys’ bathrooms, etc., on the job wear uniforms that pertain to one’s birth, not ‘identified’ gender.

The old saying that may not be that old after all says that either we stand for something or we fall for anything! We must uphold moral and societal norms for self-identity, dress and behavior or we’ll continue to fall for the fallacy of transgenderism and its accompanying confusion and weakening of our society!

So much of this battle will be determined by our school boards! While candidates for the school board vow to do what’s best for our kids, will they stand against the advance of transgenderism and sexualization of students once they’re in office? The hour is late and election day is almost here. Be careful how you vote, because wrong Board members can easily usher in a whole new agenda to contaminate our kids—your kids—and so goes our nation!
