Join the Family Alliance for a fascinating insider discussion between Ken Cuccinelli, Former Virginia Attorney General and former Acting Deputy Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security and Abraham Hamilton III, General Counsel of the American Family Association and national talk show host heard on the American Family Network.

The First Amendment guarantee of free speech is under threat today as never before, both from Big Tech and Big Media. Thus Mr. Hamilton will share his perspective as a broadcaster, and Ken Cuccinelli will share his views as a former Virginia Attorney General.

Ken Cuccinelli joined The Heritage Foundation as a visiting fellow in February 2021 after serving as deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in the Trump administration. Mr. Cuccinelli was deputy secretary of homeland security from November 2019 until January 2021. He also served as acting director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. During his tenure at the Department of Homeland Security, Cuccinelli helped administer and protect the integrity of America’s immigration system. As director of USCIS, he combated asylum fraud and ensured self-reliance among America’s immigrants. After being appointed deputy secretary, he made reforming America’s immigration system a top priority. He worked to combat human trafficking, was an original member of the White House COVID Task Force, and oversaw the department’s efforts to safeguard federal personnel and buildings during the 2020 riots in American cities. Cuccinelli previously served as Virginia’s attorney general from 2010 to 2014.

Abraham Hamilton, III serves American Family Association as its General Counsel and Public Policy Analyst. Abraham also hosts “The Hamilton Corner” on Urban Family Talk Monday through Friday at 3 p.m. CST and can be heard on numerous programs on American Family Radio. He has an undergraduate degree in New Testament Biblical Literature from Oral Roberts University and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Abe is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before all Louisiana State Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Louisiana, as well as all Texas State Courts. In the legal profession, Abe served as a criminal prosecutor. He handled major felony prosecutions at the trial level. Additionally, Abraham’s ministerial focuses include Marriage, Family, Apologetics, Biblical Worldview Training, Discipleship Formation, and Preaching. Mr. Hamilton is also a husband, father of five wonderful children, home-school dad, and a Bible Teacher.
