That document lists the House of Delegates (HOD) races in Prince William County. As Sample Ballots | pwcvotes indicates, there we will be distinct ballots for those Democrats who vote in HOD District 2 (District Map: House of Delegates District 2 (vpap.org)), HOD District 31 (District Map: House of Delegates District 31 (vpap.org)), and HOD District 50 (District Map: House of Delegates District 50 (vpap.org)).
What about Republicans? Republicans selected their nominees for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General via an unassembled convention. See:
